No longer satisfied with Iceberg Lettuce there has been an explosion in lettuce varieties. To maintain the highest standard we import French and Italian throughout the year. Most are available as single lettuce and some are available as washed and prepared packs.

In stock at all times are Iceberg, Cos, Round, Chinese Leaf, Little Gem, Lollo Rosso, Lollo Biando, Oakleaf, Fine Endive, Raddichio, Maché, Red Chard, Baby Spinach and Roquette, etc.

With a small amount of notice this range can be expanded with Escarole, Batavia, Mesclun, Pourpier, etc.

Although officially classed as a fruit, in the early days of the Company, there was just the regular tomato.

Now we stock salad tomato, cherry (red and yellow), Vine, Plum, Baby Plum, Beef and Tiger.

The remainder of salads includes such items as Cucumbers, Radish, etc. all of which are available for each delivery.

In the summer the Pepper range is expanded to include green, red, yellow, orange, black and purple.

Don't forget to enhance your salads with Spring Onions and Red Onions, all stock items.
